South Asian Therapy in Toronto

When you want someone who gets it without the long explanation.

When you have been meaning to reach out but never found the right person.

When you want support that fits your life, not another commute across the city.

A team of South Asian Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) serving Toronto, virtually across Ontario. Here is who we are and how to start.

A team who already understands

Toronto has no shortage of therapists. What is harder to find is one who already understands the world you come from. Inaya Care is a team of South Asian Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) serving Toronto and all of Ontario, entirely online. That means the first session does not start with you explaining your family, your faith, or why log kya kahenge still shapes your decisions. It starts with being understood.

What you can get support with

You do not have to be in crisis to reach out. People come to us for anxiety and stress, family pressure and expectations, relationships and marriage, identity and belonging, faith and spirituality, grief and loss, boundaries and burnout, and the ordinary hard seasons of life. If any of that sounds like where you are, that is reason enough.

Why virtual, and why us

All sessions are virtual, so there is no commute across the city after work and no waiting room where you might run into someone you know. You meet your therapist over secure video, from your own space, on your own time. What you share is private and held in confidence, within the limits set by Ontario law and our regulatory college, the CRPO, and your therapist explains exactly what that means before you begin. For a community where word travels, that privacy is often the thing that makes reaching out feel possible.

How to start and what it costs

The first step is a free consult, a short no pressure call to ask your questions and see how it feels. If it is a fit, individual sessions are 180 dollars and couples sessions are 200 dollars, and sessions with a Registered Psychotherapist may be covered by your extended health benefits, so it is worth checking your plan. Most people are able to start within days.

One honest conversation is all the first step asks. When you are ready, we are here.
